Jobs on the OS X build infrastructure are now processing normally.

Upon further investigation we found that our workers had been restarting several times due to connection errors with our AMQP server, which we believe was related to a network issue with an upstream provider. The connection is stable again and the worker is running jobs normally, but while it was restarting a backlog had built up, which is causing some delays.
