We've resolved the issue for the remaining affected users as well, and user synchronization works as normal.

We've fixed the main issue, so user synchronization is working again for most users. There's still a small issue affecting a low percentage of users causing the account to appear to be syncing forever. We're working on a fix for this now.

We're currently investigating errors with our user sync service causing syncs to not run on travis-ci.com. We're sorry for the delays.
