The backlog cleared a little over an hour ago, and we haven't seen any further errors, so we're going to resolve this.

Monitoring
We've identified and resolved the underlying issue, and jobs are running again. There is a backlog of builds on travis-ci.org, affecting Trusty and Precise jobs. We'll continue to monitor until the backlog is emptied. Thank you for your patience!

Investigating
We’re currently investigating issues running Trusty and Precise builds on our new infrastructure stack. This affects public (Trusty and Precise) and private (currently only those using Trusty and manually opting into the new Precise stack) repositories.
