Retroactive: Xcode 6.2 image unavailable

We were seeing an increased amount of errors on our Mac cloud due to the Xcode 6.2 image being unavailable since around 10 AM UTC. This was due to a configuration issue which we have now resolved. We'll continue to monitor error rates closely.
