Cancellations and restarts for builds and jobs on travis-ci.org weren’t being processed between around 04:30 UTC and 13:00 UTC due to a crashed component. We’ve restarted the component and are seeing cancellations and restarts being processed, and are investigating why alerting didn’t trigger for this.
