Our previous investigation did not uncover all affected repositories, so we are now regenerating SSH keys for the remainder.

Investigating
We have received reports that newly-enabled public repositories are not having SSH keys created and assigned. We suspect this is because of a regression in a recently deployed component, so have rolled it back while we continue to investigate.
