EC2 US-EAST-1 API issues: The API status has returned to normal performance and we did not see an impact.

EC2 is reporting performance issues with the US-EAST-1 APIs. While we have not seen any further issues with our Auto-Scaling since resolving our issue earlier, we are monitoring things closely.
