Standard linux builds no longer have a queue backup. Container-based linux builds remain backed up as the build capacity recovers.

Update
With the restart of the build scheduler, we are now seeing a backlog for both container-based and standard Linux builds of public repos.

Monitoring
The component responsible for scheduling new builds for public repositories was in a zombie state, repeatedly displaying an error related to database connectivity. Restarting the component appears to have resolved the issue.

Investigating
There are no public repository builds running at this time. Private repositories do not appear to be affected. We are investigating.
