Thank you for your patience. We've deployed some changes to our networking to better manage quality of service and isolate certain kinds of traffic from each other. This should help to prevent network slowness in the future. We're continuing to monitor these changes for a while longer before we resolve the incident.

We've identified that we're seeing some large spikes in network bandwidth which caused the slowdown. We're evaluating what we can do to mitigate this.
