Update
We're continuing troubleshoot why build VMs are failing to properly delete on our Trusty beta infrastructure provider and are implementing some additional automation to help cleanup the "leaky VMs" to ensure builds are running in an acceptable amount of time.

Monitoring
We’ve cleaned up a number of stale virtual machines, and the boot errors have subsided. We’re keeping an eye on the situation to make sure the infrastructure continues to run stable.
