The backlog for private repos is nearing recovery and we expect to be back below capacity within the next hour.

The infrastructure for public repositories has recovered and we are keeping an eye on things as the backlog for private repositories comes down.

Update
Half of our capacity is back online. We are monitoring for resource usage prior to bringing remaining capacity online, as the original failure appears to have been due to dramatic increase in CPU and memory usage.

We have identified an outage in a component used for both public and private repositories for Mac builds. We are working to bring the component back online.
