We have rolled back a new version of our VM management API `jupiter-brain`, and we are in the process of cleaning up VMs to make our OS X build infrastructure happy again.

We have restarted OS X build processing at a reduced capacity while continuing to clean up VMs.

We are working on rectifying an OS X build infrastructure problem which has caused numerous requeues. During this time, we will be stopping build processing entirely, so as to expedite the cleanup process.
