We identified the issue to be a mismatch in the deployment process between staging and production. We fixed the mismatch and redeployed, and our API is now fully operational again.

Investigating
We're currently investigating an issue causing our API for travis-ci.org to be offline, also affecting the website. Builds will continue to run, and notifications will continue to be sent.
