We need to promote the replica database used for job logs on private repositories. Our infrastructure provider has advised us to migrate to a newer instance within 30 days in order to ensure stability and avoid issues like we recently encountered (See: https://www.traviscistatus.com/incidents/hx7cnxbch9xf).
