Monitoring
We have successfully increased build processing capacity for private repositories (travis-ci.com), and have cleared the backlog of builds. We will be continuing to monitor the situation until the underlying issues with Docker Hub are resolved.

Problems pulling images from the Docker Hub are affecting our ability to increase capacity for .com build processing. We are in the process of implementing a workaround that will allow us to scale up and handle jobs that are currently queued.
