Investigating
We have received reports of slow network connection between jobs running on sudo-enabled infrastructure and Microsoft Azure servers. This typically manifests when the job attempts to upload Docker images and times out after 10 minutes.
The problem started around 2017-04-06 01:00 UTC (about 40 hours ago).
We are working with our infrastructure service provider to resolve this issue.
