Due to some issues with fetching of the dependencies necessary to do a release build, we'll be postponing the production deployment that we'd hoped to do tonight and will work on it in the morning (Eastern). As we're able to manually maint full capacity in the mean time, we'll be resolving this issue for now.

Update
We're currently working on preparing a new build of the service in question and then will be doing some integration testing. We hope to release it into production later tonight if things work as anticipated.

Identified
We've identified an issue with the service which manages the OS X build VM lifecycle, where it is not properly managing it's work pool and this is causing our capacity to decrease intermittently. We're manually restoring full capacity. We've identified the problem and are working on a fix that we hope to have deployed soon.
