At this time S3 appears to be stable and we are monitoring things closely.

Investigating
We are seeing additional issues with Amazon S3 in US-EAST 1, and are seeing reports of issues from other services using S3 as well.
This directly effects Travis CI builds which using Caching and/or S3 for deployment. In additional to effecting other services Travis relies on or partners with. We are monitoring things and will provide updates as we have them.
