We identified a database deadlock causing this component to stall. We manually resolved the deadlock and everything is flowing again. Sorry for the interruption, and have a great weekend!

Investigating
We're investigating a stuck component causing a number of builds to not be marked as "finished", and therefore jobs for some repositories not getting queued.
