We have taken the faulty instances out of service, brought up additional capacity, and processed the backlog. Builds on `sudo: false` on travis-ci.org are now processing normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation, but consider this to be resolved.

Identified
We’ve identified some container-based instances that had issues allocating storage. These led to a significant amout of jobs being requeued. We’re currently replacing the instances with new ones.

Update
We have added more capacity to the system. Build requeues have decreased, but we are still observing slightly increased boot times in some cases. We are continuing to investigate this.

Investigating
Public Linux builds using container-based, sudo: false, infrastructure are currently experiencing requeues causing build delays. We’ll continue to update here as we have more information.
