The build capacity on .com is back to normal. We continue to observe the system behavior.

Capacity on travis-ci.org has recovered. Capacity on travis-ci.com is still catching up more.

Build VM capacity is reduced for both org and com due to an incident on our infrastructure provider's side. We are connecting more resources.
