Our web interface and the API are now in maintenance mode, and we've started the database export process for the database upgrade.

One of our databases requires an upgrade, which unfortunately requires an extended downtime, as the version it's running is old.

During the maintenance, travis-ci.com won't be available both from the web and for builds.
